Categories and Enrolment Fee

Get fit and support a great cause at the same time! Participate solo or lead a team. Run, walk, hike, cycle or perform any exercises of your choice, anywhere, anytime.

Your enrolment fee will be donated to provide breast screening and patient support services to breast cancer patients and survivors and those in need. Any extra amount of donation will be much appreciated and put to help more people in need.

Notes to participants

Enrolment fee
1. All enrolment fees will be donated. The enrolment fee (minimum donation amount) is $350 for Individual Category, and $300 per participant of Team or Organisation Category. Any extra amount of donation will be much appreciated and put to help more people in need.
2. For Team and Organisation categories, only the team leader or representative is required to enrol and provide his/her personal details for future contact purposes.
3. Upon successful enrolment and payment online, a tax-deductible receipt will be emailed to the participant along with a confirmation email.
4. If the event will be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the enrolment fee/donation will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding and generosity.
Closing Date for Online Enrolment
1. Participants must complete the enrolment process and make payment for enrolment fee (minimum donation amount) on or before 6:00pm, 18 November, 2022 (Friday).
2. The HKBCF reserves the right of final acceptance of enrolment and the right to change the event arrangements, if applicable.
Dress Code
1. All participants are encouraged to dress in PINK during activities.
e-Certification of Participation
1. An e-Certificate of Participation of “Pink Together 2022” will be sent to your registered email address, within one month after the end of the event.
Confirmation email
1. Upon successful registration and payment of enrolment fee via “Pink Together 2022” website, a confirmation email will be sent to the participant.
2. For each donation made via our website to support a “Pink Walker”, an email will be sent to the donor (with an attached e-receipt for donation of HK$100 or above). At the same time, an email will be sent to the “Pink Walker” containing information of the donation.
3. Some email service providers may have filters that automatically classify certain emails as "spam". To properly receive our emails, we recommend the following:
  1. Upon first receiving our email, please make sure to add our email address to your address book.
  2. If you cannot find our email in your Inbox, check in the Spam or Junk Folder. If you find our email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk Mail”.

Awards & Prizes

Pink Together 2022 offers a host of fabulous awards and prizes. Once you have enrolled and made a donation, you are eligible to enter the contest of “Top Fundraiser Award”, “Highest Participation Award” and “Best-dressed PINK Award”, and win the prizes. Award results will be announced on HKBCF’s social media platforms after the end of the event.

“Top Fundraiser Awards” & “Highest Participation Awards”
1. The above will be determined based on such factors as the amount of donation received and the number of participants enrolled as of 6:00pm, 18 November 2022 (Friday).
2. If the event will be extended, the organiser will announce in advance on HKBCF’s social media platforms. Please note that individuals will not be notified further. As for determination of the above awards, the cut-off day will be based on the actual end date of the event.
“Best-dressed PINK Awards”
1. To enter the contest, please submit a photo of you, your team, or your pet dressed in pink through your Facebook (set post as public) or Instagram (set profile as public) before the end of the event, with hashtags #pinktogether2022 #bestdressedpink #hkbcf @breasthealthforlife @hkbcf_official.
