Simply sign up by following this four-step process

Step 2
Send your link to friends and family, inviting them to sponsor you.
Step 3
Receive a goodie bag.
Step 4
Try your best to exercise, e.g. walking, running, or hiking.
GOODIE BAG
Participants who have successfully enrolled and have made a donation will be entitled to a goodie bag. (While supply lasts; The combination of products in the goodie bag will depend on the quantity available; Photos are for reference only)
